17 February 2021, 13:00 – 14:30, online webinar

Discussion on the use of harm reduction in policy development has been increasingly visible in past months, especially in the context of the Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan debate. These are some of the questions to be debated by Alexis Goosdeel, Director of EMCDDA and Jindřich Vobořil, Head of the Institute for Rational Addiction Policies (IRAP). IRAP is Central Europe’s frontrunning NGO with an outstanding track record in the field of addictions based in Brno, Czech Republic.
